Lazio came top of the first phase of
the Europa League despite losing 1-0 at Braga on Thursday.
The Rome side, who won 19 points from the eight league games,
already knew that would finish in the top eight to gain direct
access to the last 16 before the trip to Portugal.
AS Roma, meanwhile, booked a place in the playoffs by beating
Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0 at home thanks to goals by Angelino and
Eldor Shomurodov.
Roma came 15th with 12 points.
