Adoptive Italian British actor, producer, human rights activist and UNICEF ambassador Trudy Styler, the wife of pop star Sting, actor Sabrina Impacciatore and paralympic star fencer Bebe Vio are the three faces of Rome's bid to hold Expo 2030 in Tuesday's final against Saudi capital Riyadh and South Korea's Busan.
The three celebrity endorsements will be part of the final push in Paris, with Riyadh's financial clout making it the bookie's favourite but the Eternal City's fascination not too far behind.
"Fingers crossed, Rome is an excellent candidate," said Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani.
