Italy winger Federico Chiesa said he
was "sorry but happy" to be leaving Juventus for Liverpool in a
deal that will reportedly yield 12-13 million euros plus
bonuses.
The 26-year-old Italy star, son of former Samp, Parma,
Fiorentina and Italy striker Enrico, said "I'm over the moon,
but I salute the Bianconeri fans and I thank them for the
affection of these years, I will always keep them in my heart".
"I'm sorry to go, but I'm really happy about my new adventure,
and me and my family can't wait to start".
Chiesa scored 11 goals in 54 appearances for Juve since joining
them from Fiorentina in 2022.
He has seven Italy goals and 51 caps.
