Silvio Berlusconi's brother Paolo said Thursday the three-time ex-premier and media tycoon's family was relieved after he showed signs of improvement in the Milan hospital where he is being treated for a lung infection and chronic leukemia.
"We are more relieved, there is an improvement.
We are
confident," said Paolo, the 73-year-old brother of the
86-year-old media billionaire, speaking to reporters as he left
the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, where he visited the former
premier who has been hospitalised since Wednesday.
"He is resting," he concluded.
