Italy's biggest union representing
hospital doctors, Anaao, said Thursday that it is taking legal
action against 50 health agencies for failing to respect the law
and labour contracts
The union complained of anti-union conduct, the violation of
safety regulations, the failure to apply measures to prevent
attacks on health workers and problems regarding working hours,
holidays, and limits on on-call shifts and additional services,
among other things.
