Pope Francis will not be present on
Sunday for the Jubilee of Deacons due to a change in respiratory
tract therapy that will prolong his hospitalisation but the
Jubilee events will continue according to the agenda, Vatican
sources said Monday.
Francis, 88, has has his therapy remodulated after a "complex"
clinical picture emerged.
He has been at Rome's Gemelli Hospital since Friday after being
admitted with breathing issue initially thought to be due to
bronchitis.
