Porfirije, who has been in Moscow since yesterday, met with
Russian President Vladimir Putin and thanked him for Moscow's
ongoing support for Serbia, particularly on the Kosovo issue and
in defending the rights of Serbian populations in other Balkan
countries, particularly Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro. "I do
not know what would happen to Kosovo without Russia and China's
support," Porfirije said, as quoted by Belgrade media.
