Almost 15,000 Ukrainian students are
now in Italian schools having fled their homeland after the
Russian invasion, Education Minister Patrizio Bianchi said
Thursday.
"The Italian school (system) has once again shown a great
welcome," Bianchi told Rai News 24.
"Almost 15,000 Ukrainians kids have already been inserted into
our schools, above all between the ages of three and 13.
"The older ones are following distance lessons proposed by the
Ukrainian ministry: the framework enables the kids to find
serenity here in Italy".
