Lavrov, replying to a question from ANSA about the Russian
blacklist, termed Western sanctions as "absurd and arbitrary".
Moscow last week released a list of 89 European nationals
who had been banned from traveling to Russia.
"It is not even very intelligent to have to explain the
absurdity and arbitrariness of this logic because one is talking
about an attempt to substitute international law with their own
