Russia on Thursday announced a
series of retaliatory sanctions against US officials, including
House Speaker John Boehner, only moments after President Barack
Obama announced he was expanding current sanctions on Russia
over recent developments in the Ukraine.
The nine blacklisted people who are banned from entering
Russia include presidential aides Daniel Pfeiffer, Caroline
Atkinson and Benjamin Rhodes, and Senators John McCain, Mary
Landrieu and Daniel Coats.
