AS Roma remained at sixth place in
Serie A but gained three points to reach 41 after winning 3-0 at
home to 15th-placed Frosinone on Sunday.
Runaway leaders Inter remain at 63 points.
"In the first half no one made us suffer as much as Frosinone,
who played better with great intensity then paid for it in the
second half," said giallorossi coach Daniele De Rossi, who
replaced Jose Mourinho last month.
"The responsibility lies with the coach when all the players
express themselves badly. Luckily I have strong elements that
got (the team) back on its feet in the second half," he added.
In other results on Sunday AC Milan lost at home to Monza 2-4,
missing out on a chance to overtake second-placed Juvenus at 54
points.
The rossoneri are at 52 points in the Italian premier league
standings, while Monza is at 11th place with 33.
