Italy striker Andrea Belotti on
Wednesday moved from AS Roma to Fiorentina.
Il Gallo (The Rooster), 30, who has 44 Italy caps and 12 goals
for his country, had a disappointing spell in the capital and
only managed three strikes in 43 Roma matches since 2022.
The powerful bull-necked centre forward, who was born near
Bergamo, is arriving on loan with a payment of 750,000 euros.
Meanwhile the Viola are also hunting Genoa's 26-year-old Iceland
attacking midfielder Albert GuÐmundsson, with Fiorentina
offering some 20 million euros and the Genoese trying to wring
10 more out of them.
