Inter's France defender Benjamin
Pavard will be out of action for about a month after suffering a
left-knee sprain in Saturday's 2-1 win at Atalanta that kept the
Nerazzurri two points clear of Juventus at the top of the Serie
A table, Inter said Monday.
The 27-year-old former Lille, Stuttgart and Bayern Munich right
back or centre back "will have to wear a knee brace for three or
four weeks before starting rehab work," the Milanese club said.
Pavard will miss Wednesday's Champions League trip to Salzburg
as well France's last two Euro 2024 qualifiers against Gibraltar
and Greece.
