Napoli's Serie A title defence
continued to stutter on Sunday when the champions lost 3-1 at
home to in-form Fiorentina.
Josip Brekalo opened the scoring for the visitors on seven
minutes.
Victor Osimhen levelled for Napoli with a penalty just before
half-time, but Giacomo Bonoventura and substitute Nicolas
Gonzalez were on target in the second half to make sure
Fiorentina took the points back to Florence with them.
Napoli are seven points behind leaders AC Milan in fifth place
with 14 points from eight games while Fiorentina are fourth with
17 points.
Jose Mourinho's AS Roma thumped bottom side Cagliari 4-1 in
Sardinia to continue their recovery from a poor start.
Roma are 10th with 11 points.
