Napoli joined AC Milan at the top of
Serie A thanks to a dramatic 2-1 win at Lazio on Sunday.
The Naples side took the lead in the second half thanks to a
superb strike by captain Lorenzo Insigne from outside the box.
Pedro looked to have earned the Romans a point with powerful
effort in the 88th minute, but Fabian Ruiz won it for the
visitors deep into stoppage time with another remarkable
long-distance shot.
Napoli and Milan, who drew 1-1 with Udinese at San Siro on
Friday, have 57 points from 27 games.
Champions Inter, who drew 0-0 at second-bottom Genoa, have 55
points in third place and a game in hand.
Juventus are five points further back in fourth after a 3-2
victory at Empoli.
