The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Argentina and the Italian Agency for Internationalisation Promos Italia signed a collaboration agreement on Tuesday in Buenos Aires "with the aim of strengthening a ten-year partnership in the framework of the current relaunch of bilateral relations and strategic collaborations in the industrial, technological and training sectors.
"The agreement that Promos Italia is signing today with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Argentina photographs, consolidates, and relaunches a state of collaboration that has always been among the most fruitful and that has also recently produced results in the energy sector with entrepreneurial opportunities that have generated effective agreements between companies and the development of company turnovers," said the agency's director general, Giovanni Rossi.
"With this agreement, our cooperation will continue in an even more structural manner given also the recent signing of the EU-Mercosur agreement, of which Argentina is one of the main economies," said for his part the CEO of the Chamber of Commerce, Claudio Farabola, emphasising that "in Argentina there is a strong need for technologies for the exploitation of its immense resources, technologies that Italian companies can absolutely make available.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Ambassador Fabrizio Lucentini on the sidelines of the reception in honour of the institutional mission of the Lombardy Region led by President Attilio Fontana.
