The 27th edition of the Algiers International Book Fair (SILA) was held in the Algerian capital at the Palais des Expositions des Pins Maritimes, with the participation of the Italian Embassy in Algeria and the Italian Cultural Institute of Algiers, in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency and the Italian School 'Roma'.
This year, our country was represented by several Italian writers, who shared their works and dialogued with the Algerian public. Their presence underlined Italy's commitment to promoting Italian literature and strengthening cultural ties between the two countries. The programme of events included literary meetings, book presentations and exchanges between authors, translators, journalists and readers.
