An on-call doctor has been sentenced
to ten years in prison for having abused nine young patients.
The judge of the preliminary hearing of Milan
decided at the end of the abbreviated trial for
aggravated sexual assault and forgery, finding
the 42-year-old professional guilty of all charges and accepting
the request made by the prosecutor. The doctor, who worked
between Milan, San Giuliano Milanese and San Donato, had been
the recipient of two precautionary custody orders, the
last of which was house arrest, with the accusations of having
abused patients under the pretext of visiting them.
