The Pope's clinical situation
"remains stable, while doctors confirm slight improvements,
within a picture that for them remains complex", the Vatican
Press Office reported this evening.
Doctors lifted their reservations about the 88-year-old
Argentine pontiff's prognosis Monday, saying his life was no
longer in danger but he still required hospital treatment for
double pneumonia.
Earlier Tuesday Francis was reported to be in a good mood and
chatting to those around him.
