Champions Inter kept pace with
leaders Napoli by beating Empoli 3-1 at San Siro on Sunday
thanks to goals by Lautaro Martinez, Denzel Dumfries and Marcus
Thuram.
Inter have 47 points from 20 games, while Napoli have 50 points
from 21 matches after beating third-placed Atalanta 3-2 on
Saturday.
Lazio held on to fourth place with a 3-0 win at
third-from-bottom Hellas Verona on Sunday.
The Rome side have 39 points.
Juventus are two points further back in fifth after beating
eighth-placed AC Milan 2-0 in Turin on Saturday.
