Berlusconi chanted "total victory" Thursday after an EU court
annulled the European Central Bank's 2016 decision not to
authorise her father Silvio Berlusconi and Fininvest's stake in
Banca Mediolanum.
"Today is the day of victory: a victory without ifs and buts.
A truly total victory, which wipes out 10 years of unjust and unfounded initiatives" said Berlusconi after the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which annulled the decision of the ECB of 25 October 2016 that had denied authorization to hold the stake in Banca Mediolanum by Silvio Berlusconi and Fininvest.
