Competitiveness within the European
Union, the Eurogroup programme for 2024 and the reform of the
European Stability Mechanism (ESM) were among the topics
discussed at the Eurogroup meeting of economy ministers of
eurozone countries in Brussels, the Italian economy ministry
said on social media on Monday afternoon.
"Minister Giorgetti is speaking at the Eurogroup in Brussels. EU
area competitiveness, Eurogroup 2024 programme, ESM are also
being discussed," said the ministry on X, formerly Twitter.
The ministry also published photos and a short video of the
Giorgetti during the meeting with his Eurozone counterparts and
European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde.
