Italian singer-songwriter Laura
Pausini was blessed on stage by a priest fan during a concert in
Bari Friday night.
Pausini invited the cleric, Don Piero from a parish at nearby
Bisceglie, up onto the stage after seeing him in one of the
front rows holding up a placard saying "After Madonna and Jesus
there's you Laura".
The pair sang a duet to the hymn 'Servant by Love', leading a
singalong, after which Pausini asked him to bless her and he
gladly complied.
"This, too, happens in Bari," said the 49-year-old Italian and
Latin superstar on Instagram.
