Farm Minister Francesco
Lollobrigida's getting a late train to stop at a Rome station so
he could get off and continue by car to an engagement near
Naples Tuesday was "arrogant and indecent" behaviour,
centre-left opposition Democratic Party (PD) leader Elly Schlein
said Wednesday.
"Not everyone can afford the luxury of getting a train to stop,"
she said of his stopping a 111-minute late Frecciarossa
high-speed train at Ciampino in order to drive to the
Camorra-ridden town of Caivano, where he opened a park.
"I find Lollobrigida's behaviour arrogant and indecent," she
said, adding that the PD had filed a parliamentary question on
the incident.
