Inter Milan are on cloud nine after
Wednesday's 3-3 draw with Benfica at San Siro gave them a 5-3
aggregate win to set up a semi-final against city rivals AC
Milan in this season's Champions League.
Goals on Wednesday by Nicolo Barella, Lautaro Martinez and
Joaquin Correa took three-times European champions Inter into
the last four after they won the first leg in Lisbon 2-0.
"I'm really happy for the lads," said Inter coach Simone
Inzaghi, who has come under fire for his side's poor form in
Serie A.
"There were extraordinary in both quarter-final matches.
"The semi-final was a dream but we deserved to get there".
