Italian hip-hop singer Blanco was
groped by a girl fan at a Milan concert at the weekend, spurring
social media chat saying he is just as much a victim of sexual
assault as a woman would have been.
A video shot by another girl shows the fan fondling the
19-year-old singer's groin repeatedly during his perfiormance.
"Molestation is always molestation, even when it is done by a
woman, end of," said Twitter user Madame A, while a TikTok user
said "the girl who put her hand on Blanco's junk ruined the
video where he takes the hand of my boyfriend".
Blanco won the Sanremo Song Festival in a duet with fellow
singer Mahmood and the pair went on to represent Italy in the
recent Eurovision Song Contest, where their song 'Brividi'
(Thrills) finished 17th.
