Top Italian journalist and media
manager Giancarlo Leone is reportedly leaving State broadcaster
RAI after 33 years.
RAI Director General Antonio Campo Dall'Orto announced that
Leone was leaving the network at an editorial meeting on
Thursday, Prima Comunicazione online reported.
Leone said that "tough professional challenges await me in
the media sector", Prima Online reported.
"My future is elsewhere, but my heart remains in RAI," he
said.
