A number of Italian pop and rock
stars are set to perform across the country at the weekend and
into next week.
Rock singer/songwriter Elisa plays the MediolanumForum in
Assago, Milan on Friday and Saturday, followed by concerts
Monday and Tuesday at Padua's Kioene Arena.
Pianist and songwriter Raphael Gualazzi plays Galleria di
Legnano near Milan on Saturday, the Lyrick Theater in Assisi
near Perugia on Tuesday, and Rome's Auditorium della
Conciliazione on Wednesday.
Goth metal band Lacuna Coil will be in Pordenone on Saturday
for a concert at the Palatenda Centro Sportivo Armando Lupieri,
on Sunday at the Orion concert hall in Ciampino, near Rome, on
Monday at the Live Club in Trezzo d'Adda near Milan and on
Tuesday at the club Circolo Arci in the Roveri area of Bologna.
On Sunday, rock star Ligabue will play songs from his new
album 'Made in Italy' at Florence's Nelson Mandela Forum indoor
sports arena.
On Friday night, pop singer Marco Mengoni kicks off an Italy
tour at Rome's PalaLottomatica indoor arena, to be followed by
concerts at PalaMaggio in the southern town of Castel Morrone
near Caserta on Monday and at PalaCalafiore in the southern city
of Reggio Calabria on Wednesday.
Rock band Modà plays the Pal'Art Hotel in the Sicilian town
of Acireale on Sunday, going on to the Palaflorio concert hall
in the Puglia city of Bari on Wednesday.
Singer/songwriter Noemi performs in Rome Friday at the Spazio
Novecento.
Historic pop band Pooh - which reportedly sold over 100
million record since forming in Bologna in 1966 - perform Friday
and Saturday at Turin's Pala Alpitour arena.
Folk/electronica pop band Tiromancino play Bologna on Friday
and Milan on Tuesday.
Italian rock and pop icon Renato Zero performs Friday at the
Unipol Arena in the town of Casalecchio di Reno, near Bologna.
He will also be in Turin for concerts on Monday and Wednesday
at the Pala Alpitour.
Three-man pop/rock band Thegiornalisti in Pozzuoli, near
Naples, on Friday and at the Atlantico Live in Rome on Saturday.
