Luxembourg's Bob Jungels kept the
leader's pink jersey in the Giro d'Italia after Thursday's 12th
stage, a 182-km run from Noale to Bibione.
Germany's Andrè Greipel won the stage in a sprint finish
before bowing out after falling almost one hour and 20 minutes
behind in the general classification.
