Italian luxury sports car maker
Ferrari on Wednesday opened order books on a 500-million-euro
bond issue with joint bookrunners led by BNP, Citi and JP
Morgan, ANSA sources said.
The bond will have a seven-year maturity and first pricing
is fixed at 160 basis points above benchmark.
Pricing is expected to be set by the end of the day.
Banca IMI, B of A Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole,
Mediobanca, Societe Generale, UBS and Unicredit are also
bookrunners.
