The next few days offer a
massive line-up of musical performances throughout Italy.
Jovanotti will be at Turin's Pala Alpitour on Thursday,
Saturday and Sunday, while Tiziano Ferro will be at
Montichiari's Palageorge on Friday.
Negramaro will be staging a concert on Thursday at
Palasport Tupparello in Acireale, on Saturday at Palasele in
Eboli and on Tuesday at PalaMaggiò in Castel Morrone.
Antonello Venditti's tour will on Thursday stop at
Pescara's Pala Giovanni Paolo II, on Saturday at Florence's
Mandela Forum and on Tuesday at Naples' Palapartenope.
On Thursday, Milan's Lime Light will host an evening
focusing on Italian rap.
Ill Papi and Il Presidente Dogo Gang will be presenting
'Storie', an album that includes performances from many Italian
hip-hop artists.
There will also be J Ax, Jack the Smocker, Bat, Asher Kuno,
Ensi, Gotik, Romeo, Montenero, Dinamite, Cima MCK, Andrea Rock,
Gea, Amir,Nerone, Josh MCK, Ted Bee and others.
Paolo Turci on Thursday will be at Rome's Quirinetta Caffè
Concerto and on Saturday at Vezzano's Teatro Valle dei Laghi.
Ludovico Einaudi will on Thursday be performing at Rome's
Auditorium Parco della Musica, on Saturday and Sunday at
Bologna's Auditorium Manzoni, Tuesday and Wednesday at Milan's
Arcimboldi theater.
Calibro 35 will be playing at the Vinile Club in Rosà on
Thursday, at Pordenone's Il Deposito on Friday and Ravenna's
Bronson on Saturday.
There will be three concerts in Italy for Midge Ure, the
founder of Ultravox: on Thursday at Bologna's Bravo Caffè, on
Friday at Il Giardino di Lugagnano di Sona and Saturday at
Brescia's Artigianale Molloy.
On Thursday, Rome's Big Mama will be hosting a concert with
special guests including Marco Rinalduzzi, guitarist and one of
Italy's most well known producers, and on Friday there will be a
public reading session accompanied by music played by Massimo
Carlotto to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Alligatore
figure.
Nek will be singing on Friday at Padua's Gran Teatro Geox,
on Saturday at Parma's Teatro Regio and on Sunday at Trento's
Auditorium Santa Chiara di Trento.
The Asian Dub Foundation will be playing at Bologna's
Laboratorio Crash on Friday, on Saturday at the Casa delle Arti
in Conversano, on Sunday at Rome's Monk Club and on Monday at
Livorno's The Cage.
On Friday and Saturday Milan's Blue Note hosts Enrico
Rava, who on Sunday will be playing at the Gran Caffè Liberty of
Asola.
Verdena will be holding a concert on Friday at Hiroshima
Mon Amour in Turin and on Saturday at Livorno's The Cage.
On Saturday Incognito will be playing at Teatro Umberto
Giordano in Foggia and Brad Meldhau at Catania's Ciminere.
Passenger will on Sunday be playing at Turin's Circolo
Canottieri Esperia. Maria Pia De Vito will be performing on
Sunday at Teatro Studio in Rome's Auditorium Parco della Musica.
Mario Biondi will be performing on Monday at Mart in
Rovereto and on Wednesday at Bologna's Teatro Europa.
On Monday, Bologna's Estragon will be hosting Europe, and
on Tuesday Malika Ayane will be singing at Cagliari's Teatro
Lirico and on Wednesday at the new Teatro Comunale of Sassari.
On Wednesday, at 7 PM, Rome's Teatro Eliseo will be hosting
an event with Francesco Guccini, who will be presenting his
album and book 'Un Matrimonio, un Funerale, per Non Parlar del
Gatto'. Ernesto Assante and Gino Castaldo will be speaking at
the event.
