American tariffs on China, Canada and
Mexico with Europe set to be next on Tuesday sank the European
stock markets.
The STOXX 600, the index that collects 600 of the main European
market capitalizations, ended the session down 2.14% to 551
points and sent 367.27 billion of capitalization up in smoke.
At Piazza Affari in Milan, a 3.41% drop of the FTSE-Mib index
led to 31.61 billion euros in stock market value going up in
smoke.
